Pineview Reservoir Clean-Up Event

Celebrate National Public Lands Day by giving back to our local environment!

This Saturday, September 26, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the Ogden Ranger District is hosting a volunteer clean-up at Pineview Reservoir. Because the reservoir water is currently being drained, we have a unique opportunity to reach and clear out trash that is normally underwater.

Event Details:

  • US Forest Service Event Link: Details, Volunteer

  • Meeting Point: Pelican Beach Parking Lot https://maps.app.goo.gl/Ea8B9gyPFhKkiT8F9

  • Gear Provided: Trash grabbers, magnets, buckets, and garbage bags.

  • What to Wear: Sturdy footwear, long pants, long sleeves, and a sun hat.

  • What to Bring: Please bring your own work gloves!

Whether you stay for 30 minutes or the full three hours, every piece of trash we pick up makes a massive impact. Bring your friends, family, and neighbors—everyone is invited!
